INDUSTRIAL MODEL

High-Density Perennial Leaf Production System

The GINKGO PHARMA® industrial model is engineered for structured, scalable biomass production.

Plantation Geometry

  • 2.0 m row spacing
  • 0.5 m plant spacing
  • 10,000 plants per hectare
  • 40,000 plants total

This configuration ensures:

  • mechanical access
  • harvester circulation
  • structural uniformity
  • biomass density optimization

Structural Regulation

Plants are maintained at controlled height (~2 meters).

Annual management includes:

  • vegetative balancing
  • lateral branch reinforcement
  • pruning stabilization
  • biomass-focused growth control

The system prevents vertical tree formation and maintains harvest efficiency.

Production Forecast (Post 2029 Establishment)

Year 1–3: vegetative stabilization
Minimal harvest.

Year 4 (2033):
Fresh biomass: 6–8 tons
Dry biomass: 1.5–2.0 tons

Year 5–6:
Fresh biomass: 10–14 tons
Dry biomass: 2.5–3.5 tons

Year 7–10:
Fresh biomass: 18–24 tons annually
Dry biomass: 4.5–6.0 tons annually

Estimated drying ratio: 3.5–4:1.

Full stabilization expected after year 7.

Long-Term Economics

  • 20+ year productive lifespan
  • annual renewable biomass
  • modular expansion capability
  • non-irrigated operational model
  • structural amortization over decades

This distinguishes the project from annual crop systems.

The model is scalable through additional 4-hectare modules.
